The Receipt Generator is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data entered into the application to external servers. All information provided (School Name, Address, Receipt Details, and Logos) is stored locally on your device in a configuration file named receipt_config.json.
Your settings and export history remain strictly on your computer. If you delete the application and its configuration file, all stored data will be permanently removed. We do not have access to your saved receipts or school information.
Our website (suahco4.online) may use standard analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to monitor site traffic and improve user experience. This data is anonymous and does not include information entered into the software itself.
The application includes links to our website and update servers. These connections are used solely to check for the latest software version and provide support resources.
